This event was held by Sally Rutland owner and founder of Energy4Life. Sally is local personal trainer and fitness instructor who has helped so many woman in her career.  Based in Wallington, Surrey she is as passionate and dedicated as you can get when helping others to achieve.  Her confidence and down to earth nature was a real pleasure to witness.  It was wonderful to be part of her event.  Check out her socials..
