1. Attendance and Punctuality
1. Punctuality
1.1 Students to arrive punctually for each scheduled lesson at Satori Qigong.
1.2 Please do not arrive more than 10mins before class.
Payment Terms
1. Payment Schedule - Monthly Membership
1.1 Monthly subscription payments to be made by the first scheduled class of each month, after which the PAYG terms apply. Note: some months will be 4 or 5 weeks payment dependant upon the calendar month.
1. Payment Schedule - Cash
1.2 Cash options are available. Simply book your session and select 'in person' instead of card payment.
Note: Cancellation terms apply and 'no shows' under 'cash payment' will be required to book and pay online in advance for future sessions.
2. Automatic Payment Authorization
2.1 We do not take automatic payments from your account. If you wish to secure a monthly membership please book online and pay as per the booking terms listed.
3. Payment Obligations
3.1 We require all classes PAYG and Monthly Membership to be booked online. There are two options 1. pay in advance or 2. select 'in person' during the booking process. No show's for 'in person' (Cash) bookings will asked to book and pay online for future sessions.
4. Monthly Membership Payments
4.1 Membership refers to a month-on-month basis and is not secured for the year. Should you wish to secure your place in class, on a monthly basis please book and pay for your monthly membership before the first scheduled class of the month.
5. Cancellation Notice
5.1 PAYG classes cancelled within a 24hour period cannot be refunded or transferred to another class. PAYG classes with more than 24 hours’ notice are welcome to transfer onto the next class provided there is availability within that week/month. We cannot roll over sessions indefinitely.

5.2 Monthly Membership is paid for in advance for 4 or 5 weeks, depending upon the calendar month. Once paid your position in class is secured for the payable month only. Cancellation of Monthly Memberships can only be offered before the first class of the month has begun.
6. Refunds
6.1 PAYG refunds can be provided upon email request. Please state clearly the class dates/times to cancel. Your refund should reach your bank account within 7- 14 working days. A £1.50 admin fee will be deducted from the total cost of each PAYG class cancelled, this covers original transaction fees paid, which are not redeemable by us.
6.2 MEMBERSHIP refunds can be provide upon email request. Please state clearly the class dates/times to cancel.

7 Personal Belongings
7.1 Satori Qigong is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or stolen during training sessions.
7.2 It is advised that valuables be left at home. There are no storage facilities in the studio.
8. Health and Safety
8.1 A health and wellness questionnaire is required for every new student. This will be sent upon payment confirmation or provided to complete before class. We cannot be responsible for any injuries as result of us not being made aware before class.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
9.1 Satori Qigong reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or other communication methods.
9.2 Continued participation in Satori Qigong activities after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Acceptance of Terms
11.1 By ticking this box you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. You accept full responsibility for your participation in Satori Qigong from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred.
