Where is Satori Qigong Located and is there Parking Onsite?

You can find us at the Coulsdon Community Centre, Barrie Cl, Coulsdon CR5 3BX from 2026.

There is plenty of free parking onsite, with easy access.

Do I need to be experienced to participate?

We welcome all regardless of their experience. Qigong is a very low impact exercise making it suitable for all ages and fitness levels and neurodiversity's.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Where something loose and comfortable and have layers easily to remove.

Soft comfortable shoes.

Can I bring food and drink?

No food onsite. Water bottles are acceptable.

Can I wait and spectate?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately due to the high number of classes and the possible disruption that may affect the class in progress, we can only allow for a 5/10 minute pre class time for arrival.

We are unable to have spectators in class. Doors will be opened and closed at the beginning and end of all classes.

Can I just turn up to class?

Accepted Answer

It is always recommended and preferable to book online or to notify Michelle in advance of your attendance as numbers are restricted for the efficacy of the class instruction.  However, if you get caught off guard and decide to turn up you will always be welcomed.
