The Earth Element

OVERTHINKING - WORRY - CONFUSION

As the Fire energy depletes, it returns to  Earth. The Earth element represents stability, nourishment, and balance, and is associated with the Spleen and Stomach organs. It acts as the central pivot of the five elements, helping to regulate and stabilize the others. An imbalance can lead to overthinking, worry, and digestive issues like bloating and indigestion.
